Fall

- Search for outside scholarships (check with your high school counselor and local organizations).
- Take the SAT, ACT, or CLT test(s) to be eligible for academic scholarships. Class rank is also used for academic scholarships.

- Make sure to create an FSA ID and password for both the student and at least one parent, at . The FSA ID will be used for the FAFSA and other forms.
January-June
- Complete any required documents as requested by the Financial Aid Office
April
- If you accepted the PLUS loan our office will send you instructions on how to complete the credit based application and Master Promissory Note (MPN).
April-June
- Incoming freshmen will want to sign up and attend a New Cru Orientation. They will register for classes, find out their residence hall assignment, and start viewing charges.
July
- WORK PROGRAM - All students that are eligible to work will receive an email with instructions on how to apply for positions.
August
- Classes begin.
